So my girlfriend recently booked a couples massage here to celebrate our anniversary. She was already excited enough for a day of relaxation, but what she didn't know is that Katrina (the owner) and I had been arranging my proposal =) Over the phone I felt reassured the whole time. Go figure we started dating on Friday the 13th, well the day of our appointment the power went out in their whole neighborhood! With fear of my proposal going south, Katrina was going out of her way to help us find another place, since rescheduling was out of the question. Right when I was beginning to panic thinking I'd have to come up with a plan B, Katrina calls and says guess what? The power is back on, do you still want to come in?! Haha I was so relieved! She gave us extra time to get there, and we were welcomed with smiles as we arrived. I was flustered trying to figure out how to get the ring in there without my girlfriend finding out. Well let's say Katrina is a great improve partner! We arranged for there to be a jewelry bowl in the room for her to put all her stuff in. While we laid in relaxation the wonderful masseurs swapped out her ring for the engagement ring. Mean while, a million words and thoughts were running through my mind as we received the most amazing 1 1/2 hour full body massage as well as a facial (yeah I said it, I got a facial too! And it was great!) When the what seemed like a never ending massage was over we were given time to relax and get dressed. As she went to start putting her jewelry back on, it caught her eye! "What is THAT?!" and the rest is private haha she said YES! =) All in all thank you soooo very much for not only making this memorable moment in our lives happen but for the amazing care and what felt was like VIP treatment.
