Warning: Run by scam artists

The classes are good and the trainers a nice (in sessions) but they are con artists who practice unethical business practices. I was billed for several months from by debit card without my knowledge and when I found out I asked for a refund - in response I was told no and called "arrogant" for asking for a refund for months for training that I never went to. The owner even acknowledged that he knew I wasnt showing up and was being billed regardlessly, yet he never bothered to call and ask if I was still enrolled in the program. What really hurt is that I got to know the trainers pretty well and I was a loyal customer, so as you can imagine, I was surprised and hurt that they would act so unethically.
CROSSFIT WORKOUTS ARE EXCELLENT, BUT I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING TO A DIFFERENT GYM.
I would visit this business again? No
