I have been to this salon twice times. Each experience has not been positive. You probably are asking why did you back? Well, it is close to my home and I wait for several months hoping that the personnel would change, but it seems they can only hire "airheads."
First appointment, I had booked for a hot stone. They had failed to hear the stones and I was asked if I would mind waiting 15 to 20 minutes. I left. They didn't seem too concerned!! No, "please, what can I do?" or "I'm so sorry." Nothing, not even "good bye."
Second appointment, the massage was OK, but I had a gift certificate, and the receptionist didn't know what to do with it. She asked me to wait while she called someone. After 25 minutes I was finally able to get out of there.
I just tried to make another appointment. First, they hung up on me. I called back and got the fax machine, finally I talked to someone who "had to check, I'm not real sure."
No more second chances, even if it is "close to my house."
I would visit this business again? No
