My last visit was a nightmare! I had informed Amanda at visit before I was needing a trim and style for an event coming up. I made the appointment weeks in advance. Greeters were excellent as usual but nothing else was. Just when Amanda started trimming my hair a greeter came over and told her someone had come in, no appointment, and wanted a haircut. Amanda told her it would be 15 minutes. She rushed me through, I pointed out how uneven her trim was. She literally chopped off a couple spots and rushed me out of chair. No hairspray, no "event" styling as requested. The music was loud and obnoxious. What a disappointing visit.
