I saw Ryan for a 60-minute massage the other day. I was running quite ragged and finally just picked a massage place to give a shot. I found SKN SPA in my neighborhood. It was one of the best massages of my life -- maybe the best. He is detail-oriented, strong and knowledgeable about muscle anatomy. I needed a deep tissue massage. I am still a little sore the second day after this massage from all the work. But I will be back. I love to get massages, but I don't like when I pay for a massage and it's just okay. I have a feeling that Ryan will not ever disappoint, so I think I'll be changing my routine to allow for regular massages. I can feel myself getting healthier already.
