ZERO STARS: Horrible customer service. October 4, 2012
I had MY FIRST appointment at Glow set for this evening. Being that there was a Severe Thunderstorm Warning, including horrible driving conditions, I called to reschedule my appointment . . . again - my very first appointment. I was informed by the receptionist, Ashley, that "everybody else had made it to their appointments" and she would be charging me for the unperformed service, as that is their policy. I explained to them that this is extremely bad customer service, and informed them that I will be contacting my bank and informing them that this is a FRAUDULENT charge and will not allow it to go through.
I am new to Tampa from San Francisco, and could never imagine my prior spa treating well-paying patrons this way. Needless to say, I will never go there, and would not recommend anyone dealing with this shady business.I would visit this business again? No
