You paid for 50 minutes massage (by the way, outrageous price!!!) but get only 40 minutes of actual massage. When you voice your dissatisfaction, they don't hear you! they just try to fool you with an upgrade for your next massage, ha, as if you are going back there! The worse massage experience overall I ever have. By the way, I get weekly massages, so I am just not talking....
