Staff makes no effort to be timely with appointment (first one of the day and I was kept waiting a long time) and won't tell you that the spa has some nice amenities, like a sauna, shower room, dressing room, etc. All that time I was kept waiting (including the additional time from arriving early) could have been spent in the sauna. Only knew it was there because I had to ask to use the restroom. Lack of interest, conversation, or discussion about procedure shown towards client by therapist. Indifferent. Just getting the job done.
