Waste of my Spa finder gift card

I was given a $50.00 gift card as a gift. I looked at the services in my area Sherwood park and Planet Beach Spa was close.
This is not a spa, don't let the name mislead you. Very disappointed.
First, the service cost $40.00, I could not use the extra ten dollars on anything else or towards any other services. So my kids spent $50.00 on a service listed at $40. Apparently the other spa services offered were also priced at $40. So you automatically throw the remaining $10 away.
It was a waste.
I waited 20 minutes in the front, waiting for the manager to finish tanning so the receptionist up front could ask a couple questions and process my gift card and get started.
There were 2 massage type services. One was apparently a chair massage, and the other that I chose was part of their weight management program called the Slim capsule. It was like laying in a tanning bed but the temp is brought up with steam/infar red. The massage part is having the entire bed you are laying on vibrate. It is a poor representation of a massage bed. Not even close. My teeth were chattering in my head from the vibration.
I don't even know how this can business can be listed as a spa, the services available are not professional.
I would visit this business again? No
