Made it difficult for SpaFinder Gift card holder.

Terrible service. They are hostile for SpaFinder Gift card holders. I was first told their microdermabrasion is on sale for $99 so I booked one facial for $99 and one body wrap at regular price for $110. I told them I would be using a SpaFinder Gift card. They said if you use the gift card the facial would be at full price for $180 so I agreed to pay facial with cash to get the discount price. Then they moved my room to a noisy on-street room without setup/music. The lady obviously has little experience. She used lotion/oil sparingly. I don't see much effect after the facial. I didn't enjoy it at all. I just wanted to get out there. When I paid them, I gave them 5 $25 gift cards to cover the $110 charge for body wrap but the lady redeemed them at all. So I paid $125 for a $110 service. What a rip-off!
