I was pleasantly surprised at how friendly and accommodating the staff is at Valina. The place looks intimidating in pictures and from the outside, but they don't bs when they claim that they are down to earth. I was treated like royalty without any attitude. P.S. the girls that wash the hair are PHENOMENAL, and I didn't have to pay extra for the 5 minute scalp massage like you usually have to at salons. Love this salon.
