Karen has straightened my hair twice now, once back in June and again yesterday. This second time it is even silkier, maybe because most of the length had already been done. Karen is so friendly, she made me feel very comfortable being there for the four-hour treatment. Yes, it takes a long time to straighten really curly hair; but once it's done, you have months of easy care straight hair. I really love it and will come back every 6 months or so to keep it up!
