WELL Spa + Janice Salon at The Pfister Hotel

When I walk into a spa, this is the environment I expect, a professional, courteous staff and a serene surrounding compounded by outstanding services. From the moment you arrive to the time you leave you are pampered. I actually went to the wrong area to check in but the women never hinted that I made a mistake but took care of matters. She offered me champagne, a mamosa or flavored water. I was also given a form which allowed me customize my services from music, temperature of room, etc. and to indicate my preferences or any add on services I wanted. I was then greeted and brought back to a private room. The rooms very nice, stocked with everything I need to freshen up after my treatment, they were peaceful with no hint of outside noise. I've been to other spas which were nice but this was an experience I want to go back to again and again.
