I've been to Nyack before for an afternoon parade, a walk down the Hudson, and a Dinner out but, never to do Hot Yoga. When I joined up with Fire Shaper I started at their North Haledon studio. Nyack actually isn't that far maybe only 20 min from there so I decided to make a day of it. Start off with Hot Yoga at Fire Shaper then Lunch then a Walk down the Hudson. So, my first time at Fire Shaper in Nyack and it is so cool how they funky feeling of Nyack makes its way into the studio space. They have probably the most beautiful studio I have ever been in... ever! From the moment you walk in to the studio space I feel like someone is really taking care of me :) It's a nice feeling :) Anyhow, I totally recommend this place and have no doubt that you will have an experience of a lifetime.

Hey, Westwood studio is really cool, with funky wood paneled walls and bright colors it's got a little personality going on in there. I'm still new to the practice but, I am loving all of their locations. I feel this location is very personal, one on one care and has quite a history in their community. I mean, you can feel that people have been going there for a while and they are so friendly. If you can, make sure you try this location out! Love it!

As a new beginner student I started Hot Yoga at Fire Shapers North Haledon studio. Now that I've been going I also made a point to try their other locations. This studio is Fun! Great vibe, fun instructors and the people that go there are really excited to be there. So, even though I am new(er) I decided to try all of their studios in the area and really get into it. I highly recommend Fire Shaper.

I decided to take the plunge and try Hot Yoga. Basically every friend I know recommended a business called Fire Shaper. They have a number of studios and this one in North Haledon happened to be closest to me. Pretty easy to get to and plenty of parking which, was always an issue with any other regular studio I have ever gone to. They were so friendly when I walked in and though I was nervous at first within 5 minutes I was feeling quite at home. The teacher was fantastic, very clear and very supportive. Yes, it was HOT! WoW! but hey that's Hot Yoga. I felt so unbelievable when I left (even though it was challenging during the practice) that I just had to go back for more. Now I'm a regular, more fit than ever and down 30 pounds into a size 2 dress! Very excited a certainly a big supporter of Fire Shaper!
