I hadn't been here in months as my previous experience was mediocre at best, when I noticed a charge on my credit card. I called and asked why and was told it was a missed appointment charge. I had not made any appointment, and told them it must be a mistake. The manager insisted it had to have been me, and the best he could do was offer a $20 credit for the next time I visited. He said he could not process refunds or reversals, and he also could not delete my information from their system. I asked him to least remove my credit card information and was told it won't be removed until the card expires. Whatever you do, do NOT give them a credit card for your file, it will be charged randomly without your permission.
