Norwich Spa at Foxwoods, The
Bad-mannered Receptionist

I Went to the Norchwich spa with two friends in November, to get massages. We came from two hours away and were two minutes late for our appointments. We really felt bad about running late.
Right as we walked into the spa, we were rudely reminded that we were late by the receptionist. No a hello or anything, just hurry up and get back there and get undressed. Her customer service skills were obviously lacking, she was very impolite, and unwelcoming.
The massage was great and everyone else was very nice to us. The whole time we couldn't help but feel really uncomfortable about being late, because of the girl at the front desk.
I think its safe to say she ruined our experience. We had never been to Foxwoods before and we never had massages before, so we were already uncomfortable. She absolutely didn't make us feel welcome.
I would visit this business again? No
