Awesome massage. Michelle identified the problem area within the hour and used other massage techniques to work it out the kinks. She also finished it with some stretching which helped a lot.
The massage. I had a 60 minute deep tissue massage. I am extremely tense in the shoulders, neck and back from sitting in front of my computer all day. Michelle did an initial consultation on general problems and she was polite, courteous, and nice. She started at my feet first, which seemed different to me, but it definitely put me in a state of relaxation immediately.
