Terrible Massage

I am a massage therapist and decided to treat myself to a massage at this location. I was sorely disappointed in more ways than one. There were so many incorrect maneuver's used, that I cannot even reference an actual technique or modality, such as, effleurage or kneading, some of the most simplistic techniques that a therapist would have learned in the first week of being in school. Apart from the lack of training, the professionalism reached an all time low when the "therapist" used one hand to squeeze on my neck while texting with the other for 10 minutes! Completely ridiculous and a complete waste of money, especially since I was overcharged to add insult to injury. (They told me one price upon booking the appointment and charged another upon checkout even though nothing was added to the basic massage such as hot stone's, etc.) I'm not posting to advertise myself, I have a great clientele and couldn't be happier, I simply want to help others understand that my hopes for a relaxing massage would equal anyone else's and I would love to help those searching for a great experience know that they will NOT find that here. Incidentally, if anyone reading this actually has a good place to recommend, please let me know!:)
