spa part is really good, but the hairdresser part is a disaster!

After visiting the hairdresser twice at Viva La Diva to all some colored strands to my hair and get a haircut and after paying a lot of money, I couldn't even look at my hair in the mirror without thinking, "How did she let me leave her chair looking like that!?" I had 5 different colors in my hair, neither of which was the color I picked or was a color I would even consider. The colors ranged from bleach blonde to coppery orange to some form of metallic brown. I even had strands that had three different colors, top, middle and bottom parts all different!!! And that was after 2 visits, where I paid for both!
The room is also pretty dark, so it's hard to see the color properly. But when I told the lady after the second visit that it still looks like I have many colors in my hair, she assured me that it was all the same!!
Needless to say I had to go elsewhere and pay even more money to fix my hair!
I would visit this business again? No
