Quick trip to the beach and lucked out finding this place

Small studio but great Pilates. I was looking for a contemporary Pilates studio and was happy to come across Equinox. Typically I can only find classical studios and they are just way too rigid and I end up getting schooled instead of getting an actual workout. Took in 2 private reformer sessions while I was on vacation. If I were local I'd definitely go back!

Good classical Pilates workout (although I prefer contemporary) but instructor didn't seem too aware of those with different skill levels even though there were only 4 people in the class. I managed to get a decent workout though. I'd go back if I were local but probably with a different instructor. Seemed like a really nice place!
