The positive, amazing energy here at Green Lotus is unmatched anywhere else in the Quad Cities! There are a great variety of classes and instructors to satisfy any fitness level or ability. You will work, you will SWEAT, you will relax and you will feel good - it's an addiction, come give it a try - you won't be disappointed!
