Highly unsatisfied with this spa. Tried to book a facial twice and both times were comfirmed and each time they cancelled on me. Will not return or recommend.

I understand your phone was broken, but I would suggest to book appointments over the phone instead of emailing, since emailing is a slower process and due to our high call volume the schedule changes quickly. I'm glad we still accommodate you for your complimentary consultation even though our emailing was ineffective. I hope we answered all of your question.
