Have been to this salon for various services in the past few years. My massages were always fantastic and mani/pedi/waxes done just right!
Had a mani/pedi-schlack(sp?)and eyebrow wax and they were horrible. My eyebrows were lopsided...had to pay someone to fix them and my mani is chipping...not supposed to happen with schlack.
The owner did my services and rushed through. I did not notice all of the problems until I was home and thoroughly inspdcted my nails and brows.
Although I could have called to complain I know there would have been an offer to fix it and I do not want to return to this spa.
Too bad...it was once a great place!
