I asked for a deep tissue massage appointment on the phone .I was very specific..DEEP TISSUE. They said ok .When they where finished I wish I would have left after 15 min. in.I did not want to embarass the girl.next time this happens anywhere else I will.It was a feather massage.

First of all a dog does not belong in a biz.Medium to large size no less. You walk in and a so-called therapy dog greets you by licking your legs. Dogs carry parasites harmful to humans especially humans with immune systems disorders like myself. Dogs also lick not just yours legs as you enter, but their private parts.Discusting!
So I had booked an hour massage and as I shut off my cell phone I had noticed that we where going to start 6 min late. I gave the massage girl a chance to make it up to me,but when I turned my phone back on it wound up being an exact 40 min massage .I told the girl at the front desk and her lame explanation was that there was a 5 min setup time and a 5 min cleanup time. Thats something that I have never heard of and I have been getting massages for over 25 years! Not only that.... she obviously was not listening to me. I said it was 40 min not 50. So I say to her that is $20 out of my pocket? She answered by asking me if I wanted to book another appointment ?!?! I was furious and left immediately so I would not say anything that I would regret. I want to save you all by telling you to avoid this horribly run spa.
