Wow! I can't say enough about how GREAT my massage, facial and salt glow were on Saturday! The massage was perfect. Deep Tissue and she spent exactly the right amount of time on each body part and perfect pressure. Probably the best, most detailed neck work I've ever had from a therapist. The facial was relaxing and I felt like she was a real expert. She was meticulous with the extractions (but not too painful ;-). The salt glow was probably my favorite. I've had them at different spas before, and I always got cold. Not the case here! They keep you covered up under warm towels the whole time and constantly re-wet and re-heat them. I felt like I was being bathed in a warm cocoon and the scrub felt more like a massage than a superficial body scrub. It was divine! I also really loved being able to use the treadmill first and steam in the locker room. Next time I go I am going to take a yoga or pilates class first. This is the best spa I've ever been to, as far as services go!
