Go only if you like pretentious atmosphere and company. The staff was so full of themselves. Service was average.

We are shocked and very disappointed to hear your opinion of our staff and your service. This is not the impression we would want any client to walk away from Jolie with and we are very mindful of the fact that the only opinion that matters is yours. I can assure you that this is not the typical client experience. Jolie has just been named one of the Top Ten Salons in America for Customer Service in Salon Today magazine's 2013 Top 200 issue. We try to earn our reputation as the best salon and spa in the area with each client and we feel terrible that we failed with you. Please give us another chance to earn your business by visiting us again. I personally guarantee that you will not be disappointed. Thank you for your candid opinion. I had a massage and the therapist talked to me the WHOLE time! I couldn't relax and I could hear things outside the room. What a disappointment!
