Let me start off by first saying, "We appreciate your comment", as we strive to better our services and spa everyday to make the experience of our clients the best possible.
First, if you are so confident in what you write and experience you should start off by putting your name. If is who I believe it is, I would like to clarify a few remarks you made that are completely untrue. The same way you have the right to write whatever you want, we have the same right to defend ourselves and give our version of the truth.
Second, you never complained about the services you received. As a matter of fact, before you left I asked you "How was your experience"? You replied "Great, everything was awesome". Never did you mentioned anyone burning you or did you ever call complaining about your nail polish chipping. Honey, there is no guarantee in any spa or nail business that the nail polish is going to last forever, is not like you did "shellac". You could have done a million things during that week that would have caused your nail polish to start chipping off.
Third, we don't use laser, as you call it to do facial. It is called a "high-frequency machine" that is used to close your pores so you don't get an infection. If your skin is prone to burning than maybe that is something you should have identified in the documents we had you fill out. In addition, according to what I read on your file, you have done multiple things to your face which is probably the cause to your skin being so sensitive. Exposing your skin to different treatments and facials at times may not make matters better, but worse. We use the best products here, Wilma Schumann and we have never had any complaints on our products or our estheticians with more than 10 years experience.
Fourth, if your face would have been really burned as you have stated, rescue would have been called and your face looked brand new after you left, what you could have done to cause irritation or for it to burn after you left here, only you would know that.
I was never rude to you, you ask me a question and I responded. You may not had liked my respond, but I am truthful. FORTUNATELY, we have been doing very well and we appreciate all clients that have provided us with their support. In life, you are not going to be able to please everyone, just as much as not everyone you come across will you get along with. Like I first mentioned, we strive everyday to do our best and provide the best service to our customers.
