So I decided to use my spa finder certificates last minute but didnt know where to go, I did some research online and the reviews here were not so bad compare to others. On the day of my appt. I was offered water and tea, staff was friendly and polite and answered all my questions. The two thing I would definitely recommend is that they change the room temperature, it's a bit chilly. The massage was great but could have been more enjoyable with a less cold room. Second would be having a rug next to the massage bed, the floors are too cold. I've had previous massages where the room is warm and you are able to relax and enjoy it more.
