My work is very strenuous so I came to this spa to release some of my problem areas. The best word to describe this massage is 'therapeutic'. The therapist was fantastic! She worked deep into my muscles to release long time built-up knots and tension in my back and hip area. Combined with proper stretching and heat packs to further relieve my pain made this the' ultimate massage'. I was so impressed! Professional! Thank you Red Bell and its staff.
