My mom and I went here to get a simple manicure the day before I left to go back to school. We walked in and waited for 30 minutes before any staff addressed us. Finally, when they did, the lady said they were booked full for the last hour and a half they were open, but there was NO ONE ELSE in the store!! The lady was horribly rude and would not help us with anything. I refuse to EVER go back again.

I would visit this business again? No

Hello KisaK- I am so sorry you had a negative experience here at Solei. We pride ourselves in our customer service, so anything other than a fantastic experience is out of the ordinary and needs to be dealt with. I am surprised you waited so long for anyone to address you- our lobby is small and our policy is to address everyone waiting in a timely manner, whether it is by a receptionist or therapist, so I truly apologize.
