I arrived early for my massage and pedicure. I was escorted to the lockers and left to fend for myself. It was my first time there so I was confused. I managed to make it to the pool for lunch and sunbathing which was very nice. When I returned to the spa to get my massage, I waited 15 minutes then was rushed. I then went to get my pedicure and a 45 minute pedicure was done in 20 minutes. They put the cheapest pedicure sandles on me which almost made me fall. The place was a mess. Locker room had water all over the floor, the bathroom had toilet paper all over the floor and the serenity room was full of used glasses. They really need good management. One other thing is that I didn't think I was in America, no one spoke English except the girl at the front desk. I will never return.
