I'm just really disappointed in how the place dealt with its recent groupons. I can't even use mine now. I bought a mani-pedi deal from them through groupon and have been trying to set up a mani pedi for the past month because it expires in a week. Well when I called they told me to call back in two to three weeks because they're completely booked. I asked if that would be a problem with my groupon because that would go past the expiration date and the girl promised and reassured me that they were going to still accept them after the expiration date and I could get my mani pedi. So I said fine. Then I call again two weeks later (and before the expiration date) and surprise surprise!! They're booked again for another month! AND they will no longer honor my groupon and I can now only get a mani.
I don't mind if you just follow the groupon rules but what I do not care for is being lied to. Don't tell me you will accept my groupon after the date (just to get me off the phone) then say the exact opposite later. That's just awful. Also, I pushed it this close to the expiration because when I called back in November the girl told me they were booked until January. How am I supposed to use my groupon when I am a full time med student and you guys are always booked??
Keep what I paid for the groupon. I won't waste my time going because if you're this disrespectful on the phone I can only imagine what it's like in person.
I would visit this business again? No
