Lured in for treatment which could have harmed my health

I went to Vibro on Feb 11, 2013 after being told by the manager/owner Craig that all his therapists are highly trained and I asked him three times over two phonecalls if they did pregnancy massage to which Craig replied yes. I went for my massage and 20 minutes into the massage I had to ask the therapist Kirsty to let me lie on my side. Firstly, if pregnant you are not meant to lie on your back for more than 20 minutes as the vena cava vein can become surpressed and lead to blockage of blood flow to both the baby and mother. It was obvious Kirsty was not trained in pregnancy massage and that Craig had lied to me in order to get me to book and pay for this treatment.
Needless to say i was uncomfortable and concerned during the massage. When i got home, I called Craig and I am astonished and disgusted by his arrogant pretentious attitude. He insisted he told me he does not provide pregnancy massage (if that is the case then why on earth would i go to Vibro being 5 months pregnant) and told me he was the owner and he knows what he said and he knows what he is doing. Its quite desperate and disgusting that he lures people in with false promises of treatments just to get paid and the potential cost of the customers health.
I would visit this business again? No
