Elizabeth Arden Red Door Spa
Very average for the price you pay

I am a regular customer at Elizabeth Arden Red Door Spas and usually visit the one in Fairfax Corner monthly for an eyebrow wax. I have never had a bad experience there and LOVE it. As a college student it's hard to find appointments to fit my schedule sometimes, so I settled for Tysons, thinking I would have a similar experience. The front desk women were rude, and just told me to sit in the awkward front waiting area. Two older women came in after me and were taken to the relaxation room. It was as if they were judging me despite the fact I was obviously paying the same price as everyone else. I had consulted reviews and selected someone who everyone said was great. While my eyebrows ended up fine, she was rude, telling me that the shape of them was wrong (after I told her to leave the shape and just clean them up) and that I had been tweezing them wrong. She seemed very disinterested, as if she couldn't get me out fast enough. As I paid in the front, I was again disregarded and treated poorly. I will not be returning to this location. If you're in the area go to Fairfax Corner and see Ana. Much better atmosphere and a great experience there.
