Pole dance has changed my life!

I must highly recommend this studio to anyone who is interested in having fun while working out. I started to pole dance after seeing some amazing YouTube videos, and two years later I am still completely in love with pole and I actually look forward to working out!
I started with no dance experience and completely out of shape. Pole dance builds muscle, stamina, flexibility, confidence, and positive self-image. Sarah is a very patient, knowledgeable, and encouraging instructor who provides a variety of classes for different skill levels. Everyone at Impulse is positive, encouraging, and friendly with no sense of competition or cattiness. The ladies that go there range in age, body type, background, and personality but all have a great attitude and are fun to be around. Class sizes are small, allowing for more feedback and a more personalized experience. I would recommend even the mildly curious try an introductory class and keep an open mind! It might change your life!
