Inner Essence Spa
Very dirty

This establishment should not be called a "Spa". The people were unprofessional and the place was dirty. I booked an appointment for a mother/daughter day. When we arrived the receptionist came out with no shoes on, her hair 1/2 up in a clip and said we interupted her straightening her hair. They did not offer us any facilities for changing or a locker to keep our stuff. They did not offer for us to change into a robe nor did they show us around. The put us in a little room that was not even comparable to any of the spas that I have been to and then 2 women came out saying they were out massage therapists. The women both had jeans on. One woman was a little Mexican woman who could barely speak english the other woman was covered in tatoos and piercings and they both looked dirty and a total mess. We decided to leave at that point but I did ask to speak to the Manager and low and behold the receptionist was the Manager. The place was dirty. There is something very wrong with this place. I have never had such a poor experience at any spa in 20 years.
I would visit this business again? No
