Customer Service has been great, nice staff; they try hard to please. I booked the body scub and swedish massage - I expected an exfoliation , rinse then a relaxing massage. It was actually a light massage that used a with an abrasive massage cream. OK as a body scrub - not comfortable or relaxing as a massage. My 14-day manicure peeled after 1 day, they gladly offered another free service. The prices are good so I might try a basic massage or manicure.

I had a business conference in Miami and decided to spend a few days at Canyon Ranch, what a treat. The facility, beach, fitness options and service were all wonderful. Very pricey, but worth the experience. The food was fantastic, organic, low fat, great variety and selection. Get the meal plan if having meals on-site, great savings. Best hotel spa.

Had customized massage service. One of the few locations providing Thai massage. Appreciate the technician getting to know you...understanding your needs. Not a luxurious facility, but very service. Will return.

My first experience was fair enough, massage and facial. I chalked up the skimpy services (no extractions with a European facial- told I had to book a special extraction facial; rushed partial body massage; no introduction of technicians, etc) due to my using a coupon. My next visit resulted in a nail fungus and another partial massage - no quad work if you book a relaxation massage??? Who ever heard of such a thing. I wanted to ask to see the techs license, but ultimately, I just wanted it to be over. I understand the techs travel between the locations, so I doubt the experience would improve.

Spa offers sampler package to try a new service or technician. I've had great facials, massages and body treatments from talented staff. The treatment areas could be warmer, used space heater. But overall is a nice facility that I will frequent.

Crcuit based facility with some really good group exercise classes. Nice if you are new to working out and want a smaller women only facility. They offer challenges for prizes to help you track your progress and stay accountable to your fitness routine and/or weight loss efforts during the year. When I was last there the operational hours varied by the day; were not open early am every day. I had a gift certificate and used most of my credits for the "other" services offered; massage table, reflexology since I have a mega gym membership.

We both loved our massage and facial treatments. Relaxing, quiet spa area. This is my 3rd visit and every experience has been good.

Tried a month unlimited package at this studio. LImited variety of classes but solid asana practice. Caring staff and instructors were able to offer several adjustments for my many injuries. Blocks and pillow available. Love that they have a shower and changing area. Large practice studio, regulated temperature.

Spent 2 wonderful weeks at the Ranch in Feb. Staff goes the extra mile to accommodate special needs and requests. I requested a gluten and dairy free diet and had a wonderful variety of very tasty offerings every day. You do have to monitor your intake. You are never hungry. The hiking program was very good. Moderate mountain hikes offered daily and 2 challenging hikes (7-9 mile mountain). My casita had a wood burning fire place which they prepared and cleaned daily. Great for the cool nights. Some rooms are close to the main road and traffic can be loud. Unfortunately, I had items stolen from the pool area; even being in Mexico; I expected better from the self contained resort, which spoiled an otherwise perfect spa experience.

Spinning on steroids. This cycle moves your upper body and challenges your arms, shoulders and core; as well as your legs. Movie screen and music take you on a mind journey. The instructor and participants were fun, making for a great class. Takes some getting used to; balance/strenth, but it's an individual rida, so pace yourself. I started with an advanced class, just did what I could and had a blast! I wish there was a studio closer to home, but whenever I'm in the area, I'll be dropping in for a class.

Wonderful massages, both therapist were very skilled. Lovely facility and atmosphere, loved the private in suite baths. Only concern was the noise. Could hear the construction from several buildings down the road.

Big fun. The handles on the bike move so you constantly use your core for balance. Use your arms while turning, great work out. Also tried the rowing class with water resistance- another good work out. Large clean space, I've taken classes with 3 of the instructors so far and they all professional, teaching proper form and were high energy and motivational.

Quiet room and very skilled personnel worked on me. He was leaving the state, hope they find a comparable replacement.
