The Hotel managerial ethic are to be desired!!!

I thought I would slip away for a fun filled Memorial Weekend.If you are Single and Black this hotel is not a place for you. I arrive from a long and tired day, undress, shower and ironed my clothes for the weekend events. A manager knocked on my door asked me to move due to another guest who would be arriving the next day. The room I was moved to had glass on the carpet, smelled of tobacco and was not clean to my standards. I sleep that night in another room which was reeping of cigarrette smoke > I informed management which did little to nothing to accomadate me. I left the next day becuase of complication due to my serious allergies of nicotine. I will never come back to the hotel, they did nothing to assist me. I left the hotel with an inhaler due to the smell of smoke which perminated the room, curtain, and bed linen. I thought the hotel was smoke-free thats a lie!!!

The Spa was Great but the Front Desk was Incompetent

They have a great service staff for food and drinks which is part of the hotel. The Front Desk staff is incompetent, from locking me out of my room to not informing me at time of check in that my view of the water is obscured. The bed were uncomfortable and the rooms were noisy.The Front Desk never could answer any questions about the area or could not operate computers when billing time came for check out. Not very helpful.
I would visit this business again? No
