SERVICES & CLASSES

The Six Senses Mykonos at the Belvedere opened in 2015, importing the brand’s ongoing commitment to excellence and coupling it with the Cyclades Islands’ unique landscape. Guests are enveloped in a refreshing, whitewashed interior touched by warming woods and marble floors sourced from the neighboring island of Naxos. With only three treatment rooms and a quiet nail area, Six Senses emphasizes intimacy and exclusivity. The spa’s treatments tap into The Organic Pharmacy, Subtle Energies or into the region’s natural resources, like salts and herbs, to create an anti-aging and restoration-driven program.Therapies include Six Senses Signature Massages, Facials, Body Wraps, Body Scrubs, Manicure and Pedicure. For an extravagant experience, one can try the Collagen-Boosting Hydra Diamond Facial, where a peel exfoliation is done with densely packed diamonds, penetrating collagen and firming skin.Five Six Senses Rituals were designed to meet individual needs, combining treatments to de-stress, detoxify, beautify, or energize.

Facilities & Amenities

In addition to its Six Senses Spa and various dining opportunities, Belvedere also flaunts a 24-hour gym facility with cardiovascular and strength equipment. This modernized fitness area continues the hotel’s overall motif, with metallic machinery contrasting white walls and popped by a bougainvillea covered ceiling.

Belvedere's westward pool and daybeds make for an ideal afternoon escape, transitioning with the sun into an after-hours gathering space. Retail therapy comes twofold: The hotel shop stocks swimwear and sun supplies while the Venyx boutique dazzles with fine jewelry designed by Eugenie Niarchos.

Rooms & Dining

Belvedere’s food and beverage outlets are plentiful and pedigreed. Celebrity chef Nobu Matsuhisa mans the alfresco Matsuhisa Mykonos, blending reimagined Japanese cuisine with an award-winning wine list. Casual diners can nosh on Matsuhisa’s tasty bar bites. Thea Restaurant is a romantic courtyard eatery overlooking the pool: With just 25 seats, chef Nikos Zervos plates diligently crafted Mediterranean fare, as well as a degustation menu. Two bars operate poolside: the Belvedere Bar is adjacent to the Martini Bar, featuring seven signature martinis by James Beard award-winning cocktail connoisseur, Dale DeGroff.

The property hosts only 35 hotel rooms, serviced alongside suites and villas all delicately touched by, or draped in, bougainvilleas and native flora. Many habitations overlook the bustling pool area, with balconies to boot. These contemporary enclaves are even more spectacular in the Belvedere’s villas, where private pools, sun decks, and dining experiences are just outside the visitor’s door.
