I opened my massage studio over a decade ago in the Lakeview neighborhood of Chicago. From the very start I focused on making the studio a place of total comfort and relaxation for my clients. We will listen to you and accommodate your massage needs to make your experience with us unforgettable.
My training started in Europe with fitness and health education. I was an athlete who frequently got massages to relieve muscle tension and simply relax. I then worked for the Red Cross as a physical therapist. It was then I discovered that sometimes we all need total and complete rest – which is easily done by massage. Eugene Lyman Fisk said, “The human body is made up of some four hundred muscles; evolved through centuries of physical activity. Unless these are used, they will deteriorate.” We are here to help you take care of yourself. Invest in yourself and book a massage with us. You will feel the benefits of massage therapy immediately.

We offer several different types of massage at Neda's:

Sports You need a sports-specific massage if you're an athlete. Let us know what muscle groups you use the most and we will make sure that you leave our studio balanced and light
Swedish This is the most common type of massage that usually works for everyone.
Relaxation A relaxation massage is a perfect way to start a busy day or end one. It's invigorating and yet a perfectly calming way to relax.
Prenatal A massage for women who are expecting. A great way to relax, reduce pain, and take care of you and your future loved one.
Cupping An alternative form of cupping therapy that promotes blood flow, lifting connected tissue, softening tight muscles, improving lymphatic flow, and draws inflammation from deep tissue to the surface.
All massages can be accompanied by aromatherapy if requested
