Situated on 15 acres of calming bay shores on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii, the Waikoloa Beach Marriott Resort & Spa evinces the country's heritage and beauty, with royal fish ponds, tropical gardens, and lava rock pathways containing ancient petroglyphs.
The resort's two-level Mandara Spa features signature treatments inspired by the region and its natural elements, and guests can become immersed in the island's culture through native pastimes such as lei making, hula and ukulele lessons, and luaus.
On offer are 555 guest rooms and suites and 28,000 square feet of meeting space and outdoor, beachfront venues. The resort's proximity to Anaehoomalu Bay allows access to ample water sports; tamer water activities include the resort's infinity-edge swimming pool. Shopping, dining, and golf are within walking distance.

Mandara Spa's decor incorporates tropical Balinese and Hawaiian influences in the furniture, treatment menu, and the ambience of the spa and salon. There are seven treatment rooms including private and couple's rooms in this 5,750-square-foot facility, as well as women's and men's lounges, a relaxation area, steam room, lockers, showers, and a full-service salon.

Therapies include facials, body treatments, massage, and salon treatments such as hair, makeup, and nail services. Signature spa treatments include the Miracle Micro-Therapy, the only microdermabrasion system that uses natural baking soda crystals with a high-speed buffer, and the Elemis Aroma Spa Seaweed Massage, which begins with a warm seaweed body mask, followed by a soothing scalp massage. Special services are also available for teens and weddings.
