great place
I had an all around great experience at this spa. I would especially like to mention that I was not rushed out after my treatments. I stayed and enjoyed some quiet time in the lounge with a hot cup of tea. They would have let me stay all day if I asked!

Thank you
To the staff at Necessities, I wanted to thank you for helping me relax during my visit. It was a day that was far too long overdue and I couldn't have spent it at a better place. I look forward to my next visit.

Great find!
I never noticed this salon in the Shoppes at Hamilton. They carry Aveda, Skinceuticals, and Bare Minerals. All my favorite products under one roof! I don't have to go to the mall anymore. Prices are great and the place looks clean and spacious.

Great stylists
I am one of those people who sees a style on somebody else and think it looks great. Then I can never explain it to my stylist. It's almost like they can read your mind! They gave me exactly what I wanted before I even knew I wanted it! Magic;)

had a lovely time
They offer a spa day package that is perfect for a mini vacation! Massage, facial, hot stone pedicure, and a deep conditioning treatment. I really enjoyed myself. Can not wait to come back.

Very Satisfied
It is hard to find a spa outside of a large city that offers comparable services and luxury experience. I love the private lounge and snack bar while I wait for my spa treatments. It is so quiet and tranquil. They newer fail to relieve me of any stress. This place is definitely worth a try!

Disappointed by Customer Service
My wife purchased a Groupon for this spa. Due to a medical issue she was unable to receive part of the package advertised. We discussed this with the spa and they stated they would NOT accommodate any changes to the package and my options were to either get the whole package as is (not possible due to medical condition) or exclude that part of the package but still pay the same price. Didn't expect this to be an issue given they are in the service industry and should try to do everything they can to be hospitable to clients especially since they consider themselves a high end establishment. I went to Groupon who sympathized with my position, noted the vendor's unprofessional behavior and issued a full refund. The spa proceeded to charge me for the full price of the Groupon directly from the card we provided when booking the reservation. If I had know the spa was going to be unable to accommodate a slight change to the package I would have notified them earlier of the cancellation but as I said their rigidity was surprising. I have notified Chase and I am disputing this charge. I can't comment on the quality of the actually spa services but from a professional and customer service perspective I am very disappointed.

Nice place but a bit noisier than you would expect
I have had several services through the last few years as this shop is local for me. They are located in a beautiful historic ex-bank resembling the flatiron build in NYC with it's wedge shape. It is very small though - the spa and salon are on the same floor and the ceilings are high thus you get more noise than in many spas. The spa rooms are cordoned off and they play the usual spa music in your room - but I think they would do better to pipe the music throughout the first floor as you can hear different music playing outside the room along with salon chatter. I will say the massages and facials are very good and the esteticians I have had are well trained. The products are top notch - mostly Emenince. The hair staff is good too. Biggest issue is you do need to have an appoinment, I have never been accomidated as a walk-in mostly because staff is not there unless they have appointments. Overall I like it - and it is close for me.
