I have been going to massage envy for years and a friend of mine told me about Massage Luxe. The facility is sooo much nicer, its a newer very modern spa. The front desk was awesome and very accomadating. They were laid back and made me feel like they acutally appreciated my business. The whole experience was great, therapist was awesome, the relaxation lounge had comfortable seats and the tables had bed warmer. I would def. recommend this place to everyone!!!

They steal your money
If you sign up for a membership here, please be sure and read the teeny tiny print about massage expiration dates. I am out 50$ because no one told me after 30 days my massage is expired.

I received a gift card to Massage Luxe for Christmas. From the moment I walked in the door I felt like the staff were very friendly and welcoming. They gave me a brief tour of their facility. Then I was taken to the hydro table. That was very pleasant. From that point, my massage therapist came in to get me and took me to the massage room. She was very informative. I have had a lot of back and shoulder pain for a long time. She answered a lot of my questions and I was very thankful for her knowledge! After the massage I was asked if I'd like to return, and my answer was absolutely! I decided to sign up for the month to month membership so that I can treat myself more often. I am looking forward to returning and I will be telling all of my family, friends and co-workers about Massage Luxe.

I found the spa very nice and superior to Envy. The front staff seems new but the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The therapist I saw was better than the therapist than any therapist I have seen in st louis. Also the free Hydro bed is great and a nice touch!! I have had a good experience so far and I signed up my mother. I am truly glad I did and would refer my other friends and family.

Go Somewhere Else
Positives first: Gave me free use of their water massage bed. Very nice. ... I restarted it after the 15 minutes because my therapist was late coming in. Room was cold and there was no way to make it warmer. Guys were working above us on the roof making a horrible noise. (No discount for that interruption.) Employees had no idea how to run the front office or check me out. Kept the remainder of my gift certificate as a tip to therapist. No action to satisfy my concerns/complaints..even when they are in tough competition within one mile..Better choices: Massage Envy: 636-532-7733 or better yet a real spa with real customer service: The Face and Body: 636-532-2500.

Dont waste your time
Everyone is very new, they have no idea what they are doing!. It was a waste of my time and money. I left more stressed out then when I came in.
