Liberation Yoga and Wellness Center


Our classes are designed to help restore the body to its natural state of health, developing strength and flexibility through a series of creatively sequenced postures. Whether you've never taken a Yoga class before or already have a strong practice, at Liberation Yoga you'll find classes at your level that are challenging, fun, and enlightening. A regular yoga practice helps develop strength and flexibility, bringing the body into greater overall health. Consistent Yoga practice helps to prevent heart attacks, stroke, respiratory problems, can slow the onset of aging, and perhaps most importantly makes you feel great throughout your day.

Facilities & Amenities

Built with love and intention, our facility is a destination, designed to bring you back to your center. The lobby’s walls are saturated with warm yellows and reds, and you are enveloped in a friendly and welcoming energy the moment you walk in the door.

Our main yoga studio is 1500 square feet, surrounded by windows to let in lots of natural light, and able to accommodate upwards of 30 students at a time. Our open and airy yoga space is bright and colorful, which not only inspires creativity in our teachers, but also leaves our students with uplifted spirits.    

Our facility also contains two massage rooms. Warm and cozy, our therapy rooms will encourage you to relax, release physical tension from your body and find bliss. 

Liberation also offers a cozy room used solely for meditation and reflection. Open to all those looking for a moment to gather their thoughts and energy, this quiet room is there to help you find your inner peace.
