Commit to our Bowspring Orientation of five Elementals classes to be taken in one month. The technology is so innovative and therapeutic it requires a recalibration of anatomical awareness. This takes time and cannot be accomplished in one class.Once you are proficient in the Bowspring, enjoy a variety of classes and utilize the method to experience an entire remolding into a more balanced, inspired and youthful you! Basics classes are another good starting point. Basics classes are slower, with more focus on alignment and details about the poses. Call one of our studios for a list of classes that are suitable for beginning students. No reservations are necessary for any classes.Your First week is FREE. Your first time to any of our studios you can get a monthly unlimited for just $99. Drop-ins are a suggested $15 rate. Please visit our Pricing page for details about the packages we offer.If you are looking for dramatic changes in the way you feel and the way you look regular practice of 3 or more time per week is necessary. Yoga is a practice, the more you practice the more you learn, the better you feel.
