Not the greatest but not the worst
Altho this was not the worse experience I have ever had it wasn't the greatest for all the hype of their web site. When I was first shown the colors they had it looked like they only had about ten colors til I realized the color palettes were stacked and there were actually four pallettes, not the best seletion. The glass they served me water in had lip prints. The spa was also a bit chilly. For the price I paid for the spa mani/pedi I expected a better experience...could've gone to my regular place and gotten the same thing for half the price, which I will do in future. The only reason I went here was because I had received a gift card. Again, not the worse experience but not great.
Colleen, we are so sorry to hear you did not have a satisfactory experience. We want each & every one of our guests to feel pampered. I apologize for the confusion of the palettes. They do stack together for easy storage so I can understand how that was confusing. We do offer over 75 SpaRitual nail lacquer shades between our regular line & seasonal collections. And there are literally thousands of potential shade options for our CND Shellac between the nail colors & additives. You are honestly the first person who has expressed concerns about our selection. Most of our guests have trouble choosing because we have so many options! I am completely mortified you had lip prints on your water glass & I sincerely apologize for that. I will advise my staff to take extra care to ensure that does not happen again. I also apologize if you felt chilly. We do have warm neck wraps & your nail therapist should have offered that to you. As for our pricing, we are very competitively priced for comparable salon/spas in the Wausau area. We use only high end nail care products, follow proper safety & sanitation and our staff & establishment are fully licensed so our nail prices reflect that. I would like to note that when you came into our Spalon, your nail technician made the professional recommendation that you should opt for Shellac in light of your pending destination wedding. Gel polish is the same price as a spa manicure & would have been covered by your gift certificate & something we also recommend for travel & special occasion as it is the most durable. You refused her recommendation … then called back a few days later to complain that your fingernail polish had worn off. This is not uncommon for regular polish regardless of the brand or nail therapist & that’s why we recommended the Shellac to you. We then gave you a complementary Shellac manicure because we truly care about your happiness & knew you had your special day coming up. So I’m sure you can imagine how disappointing it is to see your review after we took the extra time at our own expense to give you the best experience possible.

Love this place!
Euphoria Spalon is my favorite place for a spirit lift. I always enter feeling frumpy and leave feeling fabulous! I have had a great experience with every stylist. The service is personal and honest even for the most high maintenance of clients like myself! It's ok to walk in and be indecisive because there is going to be someone knowledgeable to guide you to the service package you are looking for. Enjoy!

I have been a client at Euphoria for two years, every time I have had services down they have exceeded my expectations, and I have had a wonderful experience. Hair products from color to product are awesome and unique to only their spa.

NOT A SPA. Same Day/Same Service/2 Diff Opinons
I decided to gift my very-hard-to-buy-for friend a facial as a bday present. I am a horrible procrastinator & on the way to meet for dinner/gift. Upon walking in to fetch a menu to insert in the card, I truly contemplated popping over to an actual spa I had gone to before, but I would have been very late. Lack of any ambiance, the plain, thoughtless decor of the too-big area, huge windows w views of cars, but I made sure we would be in a room. Receptionist area looked like belonged to car repair shop, but white. We chose the same "menu item." Appt day arrived (a couple weeks later). I arrived 20 min early; small talk w my aesthician included this was bday gift, & to my surprise we were separated into own rooms. Yes,I should have asked, but didn't even think we would be sep'd. Mary sd she had an awesome appt, I did not. I thought it would be more than app of product and cursory cleanup. Mary received little extras including a nice hand & arm massage, cleaned completely of products, worker in room when rising from the table (both of us grandma age). Even more disappointing because I pd full price for our appts, no coupon, no Groupon, no deal of any kind. Waste of $150. Plus this is not a spa, it is a beauty salon.

Our interior design is modeled after California spas & salons and incorporates elements of traditional & modern English & French design. We chose a soft, neutral palette for our salon area to offer a clean, crisp environment & so hair colour created on clients looks true to life. Most clients love our open space with lots of natural light and a beautiful view of Rib Mountain. We feature three treatments rooms as well as a manicure-pedicure room in addition to our salon area and we assure all our guests we are a full-service salon and spa. We offer more treatments rooms and service menu options than other "spas" and salons in the Wausau-metro area. We love to pamper our guests with customized treatments and respect each person's privacy so services like facials, massages & body treatments are done individually in separate rooms -- although we are always happy to try to accomodate guests who would like to have services together. All our guests need do is ask. All our facials feature high-end professional skin care products from the Naturopathica line which is featured in other high-end spas across the country. Your facial included this top-of-the-line skin care collection. All our one hour or longer facials also include arm and hand massage. We're terribly sorry if this was somehow missed during your facial. All our facials are customized to fit each person's skin needs & conditions so there may be slight variations in exact products used. Again, we would love the opportunity to provide you with a complementary facial to make things right for you and apologize that your experience was not up to our standards.
