Great Experience
Beautiful facility, with great customer service. Love the line of products, especially the medical skin care.

Not worth the $$$$
The prices for services here and the image they attempt to present leave a lot to be desired. Have been here 3 times in 4 years and only because I was given a gift card. What a waste of money! They think they are something special and above your local hair and nail salon when in fact they are not. Spending a lot of money in decor and doubling price for services does not make you better. My pedicure was twice that I have paid anywhere in 15 years, not half as good and was not lasting. I asked for my hair to be cut shorter in the back and longer in the front, but was done just the opposite. All said and done, haircut and pedicure cost $100. Save tour money and support you local mom and pop salon.

Complete Chaos.
I was gifted a package that included a facial, message, mani/pedi, lunch, shampoo & style. From the start there were issues, as both my masseuse and esthetician had me on their schedules at the same time. I ended up getting my message which was okay, my facial (which ended up being the best of the package) followed by lunch. After I was finished eating, the staff seemingly forgot about me. I literally had to walk back up to the front desk and ask about getting my nails done. After waiting about 40 minutes I was finally greeted by the nail tech. The manicure was okay, nothing special. They didn't have much of a nail polish selection for being an upscale salon. The pedi wasn't even a pedi, it was a foot bath and polish. The nail tech took me back to the waiting area and told me to wait for 10 minutes. After waiting AT LEAST 30, I had to go back up to the front desk AGAIN and ask about my hair. Unacceptable!!! I waited another 20 minutes before being greeted by the hair stylist. Overall, I don't recommend the Green Room Spa. They might be okay for single services, but they don't coordinate multiple services well at all. I also don't recommend the salon. Get your hair and nails done elsewhere.

Excellent Experience!!
First of all, I'd like to say I was kind of concerned after reading some of the reviews on here about this spa, so I decided to check it out for myself to see if the bad reviews were true. I was greeted by two of the sweetest girls at the front desk; Brittany and Amy. They made sure all of my immediate needs were met. The facility itself was beautiful, clean and very orderly. The rooms were quiet and inviting. I avail itself loved the ambient music and relaxed right away. That's when I knew this was the place I wanted to work as a Licensed Massage Therapist. You can guarantee that I will insure my clients will be treated with the utmost respect and quality they deserve.

Terrible skills
Halfway friendly staff but terrible skills and overall satisfaction. I took a party of 9 for the beginning of my bachelorette party day. I had wanted a manicure with a full set of nails, and there were others who got manicures and pedicures. We were told it was too late to book a massage therapist to begin with but we were not offered anything else to compensate. I've had a manicure and full set of nails done before at the same time at other places but they wouldn't do it for me and I am the bride. Either way she didn't tell me that and then didn't let me choose another service or just the manicure instead. She took me back, the manager, and quickly started working on my nails. They were the worst thing I have ever seen or had!! And it was done by the manager at that!! She painted a terribly crooked French manicure, didn't fix my cuticles or even file the side of my nails or trim them. The paint job was horrible and I never even got to choose anything else. Not only was it poor quality we were over charged for my service and they included gratuity which none of them deserved!! My other girls were also disappointed since they still had callouses on there feet and nail polish just peeled right off within a few hours!! No one was satisfied and I will never go back or recommend their services. This all took place on Sunday and it is Monday night and my full set of over priced nails have also peeled completely off! I am now going to take some of the girls and pay for them to have their nails done else where because I can't believe we all had to experience that much lack of skills and satisfaction, especially from the manager!

Bad Experience
I set up an appointment for color. The stylist did two foils, then decided it wasn't working, took them out, rinsed out my hair and told me I would have to come back. All this after I scheduled a day off from work to have my hair done.

Overall Very Satisfied
I have been to about 3 spa's before this one, searching for a decent one for a deep tissue massage for my migraines and stress. I travel just over 30 minutes, one way, to go here. Sometimes they may not be perfect or 100% on their game, but people do make mistakes because no one is perfect. Overall, the place is set up very beautifuly and relaxing. I feel like I'm treated very well when I go there. I've been sticking with Becky for the Deep Tissue Massages. She's the best. I like that there are lockers. The past two times some have been broken. But it happens. I'm very much a "to myself" kind of person and thought I would feel extremely uncomfortable getting a massage but they really make me feel at ease, which is not an easy task. Wish they weren't so far away or else I'd go more often. I'm a 21 year old female professional who does not like to waste money on things that are not needed. If this company did not earn their business, trust me, I would not be going here!

Great Time!
My boyfriend and I had our first visit during SpaFinder Deal Days and were beyond pleased. We both had an hour massage and a pedicure. We enjoyed time in the relaxation room together and then they combined our massages into one room for a couple's massage. Our pedicures were beyond relaxing and we got to enjoy those together as well. The staff was extremely firiendly, accommodating, and helpful. I will plan on returning here in the future!

Embarrassing experience!
I bought 75 minute massage gift cards for my staff. I asked about any additional charges and was told there were none. One the day of service, the recipients were told "their part" would be $15 covering tax and tip. I have never had any spa service where a tip was precalculated and certainly have never used a gift card and been told "my part" was a certain amount. Gratuity for services is based on the customer's perception of quality. While a certain percentage may be considered customary, it should never be assumed. I was so embarrassed when the ladies came to me and told of their experience. (some were not prepared to pay anything that day). The green room staff should've made me aware there would be charges on the day of service. I will not be back.

Don't get what you pay for
Their massage is advertised as a 75 minute massage, but it only lasts 55 minutes. Afterwards I complained and they clarified by saying "Our relaxation massage are scheduled for 1.15hr that includes a consultation and a foot scrub and they are 55min" So they admit the massage is only 55 minutes long. Therefore that is how it should be advertised.

Massage
I work a ton and I never get to relax! I got a spa finder gift card for my birthday! I loved the spa! The girl I had took me into the locker room and put me into a soft robe and then she took me into my own room. The massage was just what I needed!! I think everyone should take time to get a massage!

Great experience
This is definately a high class place run by some really nice people, for a good price. It's pretty average pricing, if not a little cheaper, actually. But you don't skimp on quality. It's definately great there. Been there a few times for massages and NEVER had a problem. They made me feel very comfortable (which isn't very easy) and the setting was very calming, as well. My sister got her nails filled there for just a few dollars more than mall places and they looked FANTASTIC. It looked like her real nails and lasted longer, too. Plus, it was the owner who did her nails. The owner actually works there, too, which I think is really great. I definately plan on going back for more massages and have referred many people there.

Pick A Different Spa!!
My husband got me a spafinder gift certificate...because I love pedicures. I chose The Green Room Spa because it is close to me. When I arrived I was escorted to a very nice waiting area that was very relaxing. After some time my pedicurist came and escorted me to the pedicure area...that was just ok. She trimmed my nails and put some cream on my feet and some cream on my nails and wrapped them in a hot towel. She then left me there to sit for about ten minutes. Then she came back. Put some different cream on my feet, and wrapped them in hot towels again. Left me there to sit for another ten minutes or so. Came back and she did my parafin wax treatment. Let me sit with that for about another ten minutes. I was so disappointed because she never massaged my feet, and she never even attempted to remove the calluses on my feet...which I thought was a part of every pedicure. Especially since I opted for the higher priced pedicure. BIG DISAPPOINTMETN #2: After she did the parafin wax treatment she painted my nails and escorted me to the wating area and instructed me to relax for ten minutes before leaving to let my polish dry. It was so hard to walk in my sandals because my feet were so oily. I assumed everything was fine and went home. I did some things around the house. And TWO HOURS later I showed my toe nails to my daughter, and to my surprise..my nail polish was STILL NOT DRY because my feet and nails were SO oily! I immediately repainted my nails myself because they looked so horrid from the polish just sliding off. I contacted the spa...which told me I could come in to get them repainted. Well, too late...I already did it myself because they looked so bad. So, I ended up with feet that were just as callused as before I went and I ended up painting my nails myself anyway. What a waste of all that money. Please do yourself a favor and pick a different spa!! I will NEVER recommend them to anyone!!!!
Response from The Green Room Spa & Salon
The Green Room takes all client concerns seriously. All nail clients receive information regarding post-service care. This includes allowing at least 4 hours for full drying. We suggest clients avoid things like working around the house during this time. Clients are encouraged to let us know if their service was not satisfactory. Our staff would gladly have re-polished nails in this situation at no charge. We pride ourselves in customer service and welcome clients feedback and certainly will do what is necessary to address any concerns.

Not what I expected
I've never actually been to a spa before, but my mom bought me a spa gift certificate for prom. It was a special deal for new customers only where I could get a 30 min facial, 30 minute massage, basic pedicure, and 30 minute mineral makeup application. One of the catches of the card was that I could only do one service on any given day. The first day I went for my facial. I arrived at the spa and was escorted to the relaxation room. Here I sat in a massage chair with an ice water while I filled out some paper work about my skin. Then I was taken back to a service room. The facialist was very friendly, going over my whole chart with me, looking at facial products I used, and helping me pick products that would be better for my skin type. While she performed the first part of the facial she chatted with me and was very friendly. When it came time for the face neck and shoulders massage she dimmed the lights and ceased the talking. It was very relaxing and my skin felt great! The next day I went in for my massage. The treatment of the relaxation room was repeated and I was escorted to a service room. The massage was basic, and I wish it had been longer. On my charts for that day I filled out the I wanted a medium to firm massage. I wish the masseuse had gone over that with me because I realized that my not overly muscled back and shoulders could have taken a light massage, while my runner's legs could have used a deep massage. When I went in for the pedicure things were a little off. The woman who was supposed to do it had to leave for a family emergency, which I completely understand, and this time I waited a half an hour until my pedicure. Not that I really resented it, but the woman had left before noon, so I wish I had been given a call so I would have known. Also, the complimentary tea or water was neglected this time. Finally, I went back to the salon part of the spa and into the "pedicure station". It was picturesque and beautiful. The chairs were very soft, and I only regret that, since I am barely 5 ft, I could not comfortably lean back into the cushions and have my legs and feet in the water at the same time. The woman was very helpful with finding a polish that matched the piece of my dress that I brought in. After the spa we hit a small snag. I had been unable to wear flip flops that day, and the spa was out of paper flip flops. I slipped my flats to where they were just barely on my feet and drove barefoot. Despite this, the polish was smeared :( . The next day was the day of prom for me, and my makeup appointment. I went 15 minutes early to see if I could pay to have my toe nail polish fixed. They very nicely agreed and didn't even charge me for the fix! They were so busy that I had had to wait in the cafe instead of the relaxation room, which only holds three people. The makeup artist was very nice. She went over the colors and style of my dress, which colors I wanted to play up, and my favorite feature on my face. My makeup looked fanastic. I really enjoyed my services here. I plan on saving up some money to go again this summer for a full day of services, at which point I'm sure I will review them again :D .
