About Knead a Massage

Knead a Massage provides clients with a straightforward approach to therapeutic massage by offering customized treatments, encouraging client feedback, and basing fees on massage length rather than modality. The spa believes that therapeutic massage should be part of an active lifestyle and accommodates same-day appointments and walk-ins. A variety of massage services are available with sessions ranging from 20 to 90 minutes and modalities including chair, hot rock, Thai, and Buddy Massage, an alternative to a traditional couple's massage. All massage sessions include client/therapist consultations and clients who would like specific treatments may request them when making their appointments. Group and corporate massage sessions as well as gift certificates are also available.

Deep Tissue Massage
Whitney did an absolutely fantastic job!! I would highly recommend her. I have been getting massages for over 25 yrs, and this was the best deep tissue massage I have had. It felt great!

It was ok
I enjoyed the massage and felt like my requests were met to the best of the masseuses ability. I was dissapointed in the policy that you pay for 60 miinutes but only get 45-50 minutes (to allow for time to change your clothes?) It was an ok place but feels more like a dentists office than a spa (which I expected). I enjoyed the actual massage time but the rest of the experience was just so-so.

Good massages, I like going there better than most
I've had 3 massages at Knead a Massage. My first two were AMAZING. My third one was just so so. But so far, I really enjoy them and will for sure go back to try again.
