Unprofessional Reception Staff
I have to start off by saying that the women (mostly Philipino) who actually conduct the treatments are amazing. They are skilled, professional and pleasant.
The spa would be nice, if it wasnt for the extremely unprofessional reception staff (at front). These women confused appointments, were very rude and unapologetic.
I have been to a fair few high-end spas around the world, Yibreens lacks in terms of its dealing with customers. I took my guest to sit with our feet in the jacuzzi in between treatments (5 treatments booked, 2200 sAR), and we were rudely interrupted by a girl named "Alaa in Fitness" who told us if we werent members we had to pay to use the pool and made a big deal in front of other customers. Who does that at a high-end spa? She should have just added it to our receipt and mentioned it to me in private (not in front of my guests or other customers) before I left.
After she did that, I mentioned to the reception that it was unprofessional and she should have just added it to our receipt and mentioned it to me in private. They also handled
it poorly, becoming argumentative.
Needless to say we did not enjoy the rest of our day, and they charged us 1000 SAR for 20 mins of sitting in the jacuzzi.
Waste of a day.
