Interesting Jewel in Easton
The Service is good and the color came out the way i wanted. The atmosphere is great with high end products. The spa had a variety of refreshments. The only letdown is that I paid 50 for color and had to blow dry my own hair

Amazing Experience...
And I look and feel fabulous! From the moment I walked in and was greeted by a friendly receptionist to the assistant who gave me an incredble shiahtsu massage on my head to the stylist who, for a change, got what I was trying to achieve for the last twenty years. I must admit I am a real shop hopper and I have finally found a home. Makeovers gets it!

Beautiful place but felt rushed
Beautiful place. I didn't think the stylist understood what I wanted. Color was ok and cut was wayyyy to short. I wont be returning. I also felt so rushed.

Just Ok
I went her for a conditioning treatment and a hair cut. I got lost going there, so when I called the front desk for directions, the front desk girl was not rude, but she was not pleasant. When I arrived at the salon, I was not greeted. The conditioning treatment was fine, nothing to complain about. I should mention that I have thick hair, and the stylist did not really seem like she had the time for me. She did not really consult with me before the hair cut, rushed and even seemed to take short cuts. (She did not have the time to thin my hair or completely blow dry it, even though when I made the appointment I told them I have very thick, long hair). My hair cut looked ok, but nothing to write home about. As a matter of fact when i went to pay, the lady at the front desk said she liked my hair color and asked if the stylist had done it. I said no just the cut...she said "Oh" Medicore for the money.

A little expensive, but a wonderful experience
I visit Makeovers for my hair, I followed my stylist there, and am a little turned off by the higher prices, but I love my stylist and I love the atmosphere... I tried the facial services, great experience, as long as my favorite people are there-so will I!
